TP-LINK USA is committed to its customers’ satisfaction. TP-LINK USA has learned that some customers may be dissatisfied with the speed or performance of their TP-LINK USA AV500 PowerLine adapters. TP-LINK USA stands by the quality of these products but understands that consumers may still be disappointed in the performance they receive from the device. Accordingly, TP-LINK USA has instituted a TP-LINK AV500 PowerLine Satisfaction Guarantee program to offer all customers who have purchased one of the following TP-LINK AV500 PowerLine adapters the opportunity to obtain a full refund of the purchase price:
This refund program is in addition to any warranty on the product and extends to all purchasers of the above TP-LINK USA’s AV500 PowerLine adapters regardless of when or where purchased (as long as purchased in the United States) and for any reason.
How to Get a Refund: You may initiate the refund process by: (1) submitting a request online; (2) contacting a TP-LINK USA representative; or (3) email.
Website Submission: Visit the following website, http://www.tplink.com/us/claim/#form and provide the required information.
Phone Submission: TP-LINK USA representatives are available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time at 1-866-225-8139 to process a return for you or answer any questions you may have.
Email submission: Email us at PowerLineReturnProgram@tp-link.com to start your refund or to ask us any questions.
Following our receipt and verification of your information, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return your PowerLine adapter(s) to TP-LINK USA. Once your returned product(s) is received by us, TP-LINK USA will send you a check for the purchase price of your PowerLine adapter(s).
Please allow 4 weeks for your request to be processed. Should you not receive an update or if you have any questions, TP-LINK USA representatives are available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time at 1-866-225-8139 to answer any questions you may have.
Q. I don’t have a receipt or my invoice, can I still get a refund?
A. Yes, as long as you still have the product you can obtain a refund.
Q. Do I have to participate in this return program?
A. No, you can keep your PowerLine adapter. This return program is entirely voluntary. However, you will not receive a refund if the product is not returned.
Q. Do I have to pay for shipping?
A. No. TP-LINK USA will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return your product.
Q. Why do I have to return my product? I already gave away or threw out my product.
A. TP-LINK USA requires that the product be returned before a refund can be paid.
Q. Are TP-LINK USA’s PowerLine adapters safe?
A. Yes, TP-LINK USA’s PowerLine adapters are safe and comply with all government regulations.
Q. Is this a product recall?
A. No. This is not a product recall. The PowerLine adapters are functioning properly and correctly. This is simply a return program for customers who may be dissatisfied with their PowerLine adapter for any reason.
Q. Will this affect my ability to purchase TP-LINK USA products in the future or obtain support from TP-LINK USA?
A. No. This program does not affect your ability to obtain support from TP-LINK USA regarding other TP-LINK USA products or your ability to purchase any TP-LINK USA product in the future. Similarly, returning your PowerLine adapter does not affect your warranty on any other TP-LINK USA product you may own.
Q. My warranty has expired, can I still return my PowerLine adapter?
A. Yes. This return program is in addition to, and completely separate from any product warranty. If you choose not to return your PowerLine adapter, your warranty will not be affected. Similarly, any warranty for any other TP-LINK product you own is not affected by your participation, or lack of participation in this refund program.
